The service was exceptional. the pool was great. - the breakfast at the garden was delicious and amazing. - the hotel is really close to the ocean, Jimbaran, southern Bali, and several restaurants offering fish to eat on the beach.

Bugs in the Rooms: Both the room and pool villa I stayed in had issues with bugs getting inside. There were spiderwebs and other insects present, which was a bit disappointing compared to my previous stays in the area.

The villa was surrounded by greenery, making it feel like my own personal jungle. The pool was large and I had it all to myself. From the moment we arrived, they were polite, friendly, and professional. We were amazed when they surprised us with a complimentary spa treatment to celebrate our honeymoon. The manager even allowed us to stay late into the night free of charge when we weren't feeling well and had a late flight. The room was spotless and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom and a lovely private garden. The food and breakfast were excellent as well. We were truly blown away by the massage, spa, and private spa villa. The breakfast and hospitality from the staff exceeded our expectations. Despite being an adults-only property, we never felt like we were missing out on the interaction with other guests. The comfort, security, and attention from the staff made us feel right at home, and we looked forward to returning to the villa every day. The room service experience was exceptional as well, with the staff setting the table and even creating a romantic atmosphere with candles. The reception girls were outstanding and took great care of us when our flight was delayed, finding us a room and offering sympathy and accommodation. On departure, we were even treated to a free glass of champagne to make up for the delays. This place is truly outstanding and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality.
